Who’s Up and Who’s Thwarted

Joker: After being summarily dismissed in DC’s previous two blockbuster series, Infinite Crisis and 52, the Joker is taking center stage in promos for DC’s next weekly series, Countdown.

He is shown in one of his most nightmare-inducing grins, holding some of the trademark possessions of Superman’s Pal, Jimmy Olsen.

And, unlike Darkseid, he wasn’t pictured standing in a hole.
