If you do one thing in the new year, let it be this: eradicate “Support me on Patreon” from your vocabulary. It’s a marketing pitch that just doesn’t work. Take a good look around. Most people are not exactly thriving economically. We’re in the third year of the COVID pandemic, and although some corporations are posting record profits, much of that financial gain is not reaching everyday people.
