Ahem—I am a minotaur, ma’am.

Don’t you go stomping around in there! I have Hummels in the china closet!

Panel 4:
Angus (hesitant):
I… don’t… stomp…

Mrs. Elliot:
You’re brown. Does that mean you give chocolate milk?

Panel 5:
Angus:
That’s a myth, ma’am.

Mrs. Elliot:
Ok… So put me down for a quart of regular and a pint of heavy cream.

Panel 6:

Angus (shouting):
I AM NOT A COW!

(A small sound comes from the background: Tinkle.)

Wapsi Square book 2

Wapsi Square: Book 2

Blank Label Comics is excited to announce the release of the “Wapsi Square: The Demons In My Back Pocket” by cartoonist Paul Taylor.

This is the third “Wapsi Square” book (the first volume was released last year and a collection of early strips was published by Keenspot). Assembling strips from February 2005 to February 2007, it reflects the darker side of the “Wapsi Square” series, premiering Shelly’s nightmare world and delving deeper into Monica’s personal demons. Longtime fans of the strip will see all of their spicy favorites including Tina, Phix and the alluring Golem Girls.

With a foreword and afterword by Lea Hernandez and a special note from Jess Hickman, this book showcases some of the very best of Taylor’s seductive linework and engaging writing.

The book is 8.5″ x 11″ / 160 pages, with perfect binding and black-and-white interior ink. You can order one right now through Lulu.
