The Silo Roberts strip is ending, according to DailyCartoonist.com.
Rob Cabrera, who’s in his early 30s, told DailyCartoonist.com that he’s stopping the comic Dec. 10 to have more time for teaching and for attending graduate school in computer animation.
“Silo Roberts,” launched by United Media in August 2004, stars a child of multiracial ancestry who lives in a single-parent household with his journalist mother and two siblings.Newspaper editors are currently flipping coins to help decide whether to fill the strip’s place with
Mutt and Jeff or to just run
Blondie bigger.
