Cassie Cruz: Jeremy, we have to find out who has been leaking information to the heroes before they pin it on me! The only nursing home capable of caring for my mother is contingent on my job here! — And even they have their hands full!

(A flashback scene shows Cassie narrating while Princess Charming, an elderly woman in a wheelchair, is interacting with another patient in the nursing home.)
Cassie Cruz (narrating): As a top-tier mind-controller with dementia, my mom keeps reliving the past — and pulling innocent people into her world!

(A flashback continues with an orderly, wearing a red shirt, standing near Princess Charming. Green energy surrounds them as the orderly appears to be in a trance.)
Cassie Cruz (narrating): Last week, an orderly forgot to turn on his neuro-dampener last week. Before anyone knew it, he was reenacting a battle between Mom and Hijinx.
Jeremy: Was Hijinx a hero she used to fight?

Cassie Cruz (narrating): Worse. It was a villain she had a rivalry with.
Princess Charming: I wish I could be like you. It must be so freeing not to stress over every little pound!

Cassie Cruz (narrating): The poor guy has been in counseling ever since!
Orderly: I mean… I thought I looked cute in bangs!

So what’s started out as a lark has kinda become a Thing. I haven’t updated my Patreon video yet, but I wanted you guys to know about it first. See, I started doing these Patreon bonus cartoons as a way to help direct attention to my Patreon page…

The first one was straight out of my sketchbook. It was an idea that jumped into my head and demanded to be set free. It wasn’t going to fit into Evil Inc, and I didn’t think it was appropriate for Tales From The Con. So decided to scan it and make it a public post in my Patreon feed. This is the result…
That went over really well, so I did a few more. And they all got a big response. So I decided this would be the perfect way to reward the people who support me on Patreon! As of last week, those bonus cartoons have become Patreon-exclusive. That means that only my Patreon supporters can see the finished cartoons.
And, again, many of them are supporting me with $1 per month. Of course, when a whole bunch of you pledge $1, the cumulative result is pretty significant for me. Plus, I have some pretty tempting rewards to entice you to support me at $5, $10, $20 or even $50 per month!
To give you a glimpse of what you’ll get as a Patreon supporter, I’m posting all of the bonus cartoons below — even the ones that were exclusives last week. I’m pretty sure my Patreon backers won’t mind — especially if it brings a few more of you into the group.
And, heck, there’s even a chat function under each entry, so you can comment, expound, eye-roll, shriek… whatever feels right, y’know?
