SOLD OUT!

While we were taping the Webcomics Weekly podcast Friday night, Scott got word from Image Comics that the How To Make Webcomics book is sold out.

I know I have plenty of books in stock to continue to ship orders — with a few left, perhaps, for convention appearances. Dave Kellett is indicating the same.

This means a few things. First, it’s incredibly gratifying news for me and my three co-authors, Scott Kurtz, Dave Kellett and Kris Straub. We can’t thank you all enough for your support and kindness. From the polite pointing out of a few typos to the unabashed cheerleading. We can’t be more overwhelmed with your energetic response to this project.

Secondly, those of you who jumped in immediately have a collector’s piece. The first edition of this fantastic book. For those who didn’t, there’s still time.

Thirdly, we’ll be hard at work on a second edition. We’re hoping to address the aforementioned typos and any other small issues that popped up. We’re gonna try like heck to have that one out in time for Comic Con International. Wish us luck. 🙂
