Taking stock of super-villains

Human Flame: The last time we checked in with Human Flame, we were hearing reports about a Z-Lister who would kill JLA mainstay Martian Manhunter.

Turns out, in Final Crisis #1, the Human Flame watches while Libra does the deed — to a MM doped out on “pyro-traquilizers.” And records it on his cell phone.

What a load.

So, TWiV is adjusting Flame’s VQ to 1.

For HF, this is actually a step up.
