Dr. Muskiday: Awful.
Miss Match: I heard you had a wreck in the Bermuda Triangle.
Dr. Muskiday: That’s what I told people, but it’s not quite true.
…I unsuccessfully attempted to seduce a woman in the town square.
Miss Match: So why didn’t you just say that?
Dr. Muskiday: No one wants to hear how I had a try in the Bermuda rectangle.
I don’t quite get the joke, but the art is really good this strip.

Apparently his intention is to make us appreciate the previous day’s bad pun by making each new one even worse.
I guess a town square could be a rectangle…(a four-sided shape that is made up of two pairs of parallel lines and that has four right angles)
The joke is one I’d say, Urggghh. to if told. I mean it is Punny 😛
The puns in the comic do seem to be getting worse… hopefully they don’t end up Xanth-level bad.

I gotta say, Dr. Muskiday’s eyes are really pretty. Yet, it didn’t help with his seduction attempt.

Poor Muskiday. The guy just has so very little chance with women… He should investigate a way to get back with the flies — a non-lethal way. He was much happier as their king.

as above- the new colouring does amazing stuff for Muskiday. While everything else looked good in the new colouring schemes- Muskiday is fabulous…. it’s a fantastic move for the fly-doc.
well to be honest it does make a bit on sense, living in Bermuda the town square is a rectangle lol

The Bermuda Rectangle is actually an obscure reference to an old Justice League cartoon. I’m sure Brad was aware of that.
